Common questions
Do I need to go to court to resolve my dispute?
Not always. Many disputes can be resolved through negotiation, mediation or arbitration. We will tell you honestly whether court is the right step for your situation.
I lost my case in a lower court. Can I appeal?
In many cases, yes, but appeals have strict time limits. If you have received a judgment you disagree with, contact a lawyer as soon as possible so the deadline isn't missed.
